Wingham, ON – September 24, 2025 – At the upcoming Housing Symposium in Wingham, Community Safety and Well-Being for Huron (CSWB for Huron) will officially launch its latest campaign focused on housing and homelessness. Running from October to December 2025, the campaign aims to raise awareness, educate residents, and foster community involvement in addressing the housing crisis.
The campaign, themed “Housing First: It Takes a Community,” highlights the collaborative efforts of local organizations, municipalities, and residents working together to support those experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. It emphasizes that homelessness is not a crime, and sheds light on the barriers faced by newcomers and vulnerable populations.
