The Huron East Tours and Trails Guide has arrived! We were fortunate enough to receive a grant through the County of Huron's SLED program to create this Guide, Visitor Itineraries and audio tours of our Historical Walking Tours (coming late Fall 2023).

2023 Fall Leaf Bag Collection Schedule

The Municipality of Huron East will be starting fall leaf bag collection for Brussels, Egmondville, Harpurhey, Seaforth and Vanastra on Monday’s beginning October 16th, 2023 through November 13th, 2023, weather permitting. If Monday falls on a holiday bags will be picked up the next day.
Leaves must be in biodegradable paper bags. Please ensure the bags weigh no more than 23kg/50lbs. Please note that staff will not pick up overweight bags, bags that are not biodegradable paper bags or bags that...
