Huron East Town Hall closing January 19 at 12:00 p.m. due to inclement weather

Please note that the Municipality of Huron East Town Hall (72 Main St. S) will be closing at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday, January 19, 2026 due to inclement weather.

Staff will still be available to assist via phone and email during this closure and Town Hall will reopen once weather conditions improve and it is safe for staff to safely access the facility.

Winter maintenance operations will proceed as normal.

Section of Maple Keys Line temporarily closed for hydro work

Please note that a section of Maple Keys Line will be closed from Highway 86 to Jamestown Rd. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. due to hydro work.

Emergency Services will continue to have full access, coordinated by Hydro One crews working in the area. Snow operations will proceed as normal.
