Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) Full Time, Permanent Position

The Municipality of Huron East is a progressive and growing municipality of approximately 10,000 residents. Located in beautiful Huron County, Huron East is a blend of vibrant urban areas, rural communities, and productive farmland. Located 30 minutes west of Stratford and one hour north of London, Huron East provides an impressive level of services and opportunities for our residents. Under the Municipality of Huron East, the Vanastra Early Childhood Learning Centre in Clinton, ON is looking for a permanent, full time Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE).

The successful applicant will work closely with the Daycare Manager. They are responsible for proving direct supervision of children in a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and socially competent, and developmentally appropriate environment through the implementation of planned programming. They will execute the program and activities of the Centre as directed by the Manager, while adhering to legislative policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the children and coworkers.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Early Childhood Educator, and a member in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE. First Aid CPR-C and AED, clear Vulnerable Sector Reference Check and updated immunization and health assessment as per the local Ministry of Health are required.
