Hospitals

Huron East is home to the Seaforth Community Hospital, is located at 24 Centennial Drive, Seaforth, ON, and is managed by the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation. 

The Seaforth Community Hospital is part of part of the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance. 

Medical centres 

The Huron Community Family Health Team is a collaborative primary health care team that provides a full range of health services and programs to residents from their clinics located in Brussels and Seaforth.
