Seaforth Memory Lane offers a meaningful and lasting way to honour and remember loved ones through the dedication of an existing memorial tree. Each tree serves as a living tribute and contributes to a peaceful community space for reflection, remembrance, and connection.

Sponsor a tree
Individuals, families, or groups may sponsor a tree in memory of someone special.
The cost to sponsor a memorial tree is $250. This fee helps cover the dedication of the tree, replacement if necessary, and perpetual maintenance of the memorial garden, ensuring the Memory Park remains a beautiful and cared-for place of remembrance for years to come.
Digital map
Recognition of each loved one is included through an interactive QR code located on the park entrance sign. When scanned, the QR code provides access to a digital map of the park, identifying the location of each memorial tree, the name of the person being remembered, and the name of the sponsor.
The digital map also provides a direct link to the individual’s memorial, allowing family, friends, and visitors to learn more about the person being honoured and share in their memory.
