Registration for programs is done through our recreation software RecDesk!

How to register for a program using RecDesk

Signing up for a program is easy with RecDesk! Just follow these simple steps:

  • Visit the RecDesk portal
  • Look for the button to either "Sign In" or "Create Account"

 

  • Click "Create Account"
  • Provide the requested information (name, phone number, email)
  • Continue to the second page to provide further detailed information and to create a user log in and password
  • All required information is indicated by a red asterisks  (*)
  • Click "submit" 

  • Use category, location, age and/or day filters to find the program you're interested in. 
  • Click on the desired program to view further details such as schedule, fees, age requirements etc. 

  • Click the green "Register Now" button
  • Confirm who you are registering 
  • Select fee type, depending on the program you could see options like 'individual', 'child' or 'senior'
  • Click 'save'
  • You may register another household member for the same program prior to check out from this screen
  • Review selections and "Go To Checkout"

  • Select "I Accept Waiver" to proceed to checkout (if you select to decline the waiver you will be brought back to the previous page)
  • Review the total amount 
  • Securely enter your payment information and cardholder address
  • Click "Submit"

  • Once payment is accepted you'll receive a confirmation email
  • You can log in to RecDesk at any time to view your registrations
