Here are some highlights from the Tuesday, November 18 Council meeting:
  1. A presentation from Davin Heinbuck from Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority (ABCA) on the 2026 budget and municipal levies.
  2. Minor Variance Application MV03-2025 was approved during the public meeting.
  3. The staff report on the Seaforth District Community Centre HVAC system was deferred until next Council meeting with a request for more information.
  4. The acquisition of land for extension of Anderson Drive, Brussels Ward was approved by Council.
  5. Council approved By-laws for road closure requests for the Seaforth and Brussels Santa Claus Parade.
